The Piggybacker Pouch features a wide swath of Velcro loop across the backside, which matches perfectly with the Velcro hook on the backside of the TPG Med Pouch (sold separately).

These are the PERFECT addition to the Med Pouch. I keep critical, trauma-related items secure in the pouch. I keep smaller, regularly needed items like small gauze and band aids in this piggybacker pouch. Makes it easy to keep all my supplies together but not get critical and non critical items mixed up easily.
