Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery of your order to request a return.

To make a return, please contact us via the contact page, within 14 days of your order's delivery. We will provide the address to ship the returned item(s) to.

When packaging your return, please add a note in your return package containing your name and order number. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) in brand new, unused condition and in any original packaging, we will refund the amount you paid of the returned item(s), minus a 15% restocking fee.

Please note that pet hair or strong smells like tobacco or perfume may make a return ineligible to be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not do direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to simply process a return for the item you have (in the case of an exchange, we can often waive all or some of the restocking fee), and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Warranty

We build our gear to be used, but some things like fabric goods are inherently easier to abuse than say an ax or a knife. Our warranty is simple:

If it is a manufacturing defect, we cover it, period.

If it is due to user error or expected wear and tear, we do not cover it, but we will do our best to help find any possible solutions to help you out.
