The "Full Width" will cover the entire loop panel inside a Shackleton EDC Satchel.

The new "Half Width" will only cover one half of that panel so that you can use it simultaneously with other velcro-hook backed pouches such as the Med Pouch

The “Full Width” version has: an 8″x11.5″ main zippered pocket and three front slot pockets (5.5”, 4”, and 2” wide respectively).
