Carry a tourniquet on the OUTSIDE of your Tuff Possum Gear Med Pouch with this Tourniquet Wing!

Featuring Velcro hook and loop fields that sandwich on the back of the TPG Med Pouch, you can now carry a tourniquet on the outside of your Med Pouch for maximum speed in tourniquet deployment. Due to the modular nature of this addition to the Med Pouch, you can customize the position or even attach two tourniquet wings to the Med Pouch! Since this TQ Wing has Velcro hook on the back, it is fully compatible with other Med Pouch accessories such as the Piggybacker Pouch or MOLLE/PALS Docking Panel.
